नन्हीं चींटी जब दाना लेकर चलती है, When a tiny ant carries little grains
चढ़ती दीवारों पर, सौ बार फिसलती है।She tries climbing on the walls, and fall hundred times
मन का विश्वास रगों में साहस भरता है,Determination of mind gives courage to the body
चढ़कर गिरना, गिरकर चढ़ना न अखरता है।And then, walking and stumbling, stumbling and walking doesn't hurt
आख़िर उसकी मेहनत बेकार नहीं होती,Ultimately her hardwork is not wasted
कोशिश करने वालों की कभी हार नहीं होती।Those who try never lose

डुबकियां सिंधु में गोताखोर लगाता है, A swimmer takes a dip in the ocean
जा जा कर खाली हाथ लौटकर आता है।Again and again he comes back empty handed
मिलते नहीं सहज ही मोती गहरे पानी में, It is not easy to find pearls in deep water
बढ़ता दुगना उत्साह इसी हैरानी में।But in this struggle his determination doubles
मुट्ठी उसकी खाली हर बार नहीं होती, His hand is not empty every time
कोशिश करने वालों की कभी हार नहीं होती।Those who try never lose

असफलता एक चुनौती है, इसे स्वीकार करो, Failure is a challenge, accept it
क्या कमी रह गई, देखो और सुधार करो। Think what was lacking and improvise
जब तक न सफल हो, नींद चैन को त्यागो तुम,Until you are successful, give up comfort and pleasures
संघर्ष का मैदान छोड़ कर मत भागो तुम।Don't run from the playground of struggle
कुछ किये बिना ही जय जय कार नहीं होती,One is not praised without doing anything
कोशिश करने वालों की कभी हार नहीं होती।Those who try never lose
